Chamillitary Mayne goes in over a riff of Shawty ellow… Anyways, I’m really diggin Chamillionaire’s beat selection for his upcoming project Mixtape Messiah 4… Judging by all of the released tracks thus far, the mixtape is awesome… Definitely a must-peep for y’all. Mixtape Messiah coming August 27th!
David Banner is almost correct here… When rappers are promoting McDonald’s food via their commercials and then don’t eat that ish, but tell you to…WTF? David Banner talks about losing weight and how most musicians hit the gym and actually eat healthy. Good to see the Mississippi native trying to make healthy lifestyle changes.
Donny Goines goes in for his frequently updated BARS segment numero 9. Skyzoo hops on for a guest appearance and to let you know wussup. This takes place in Manhattan, New York. I like Donny Goines’ shirt: “If you don’t know my name, I’m not working hard enough.” Respect the hustle playboys, Donny Goines comin atchya.
I just spent over 10 minutes watching this clipped footage of Hannity & Colmes via Fox News network. As much as I hate the biased deuchebaggery that goes down 24/7 on the Fox News network, I felt obliged to watch Barack get bashed for something he didn’t even do… Be sure to check out Part 2 after the jump…
The hosts of Fox news shows are ridiculously biased… Hannity uses Ludacris’ latest “Politics” track to make Obama look like a black radical and brainwash some more politically challenged individuals who only watch Fox news. I don’t even get pissed off anymore when watching this News network… the bullshyt is unreal.
Here is Skateboard P, Kanyeezy, Pusha T, and Lupe all making a behind the scenes appearance for the “Everyone Nose (Remix)” official video shoot. Brought to you by MTV News right here.
Some visuals to the beat that Lloyd Banks used earlier this week on his track “Money Walks.” This track right here, though, is by the locked up Prodigy of Mobb Deep. Be sure to check it, the beat is actually not 2 bad – but fairly repetitive… This video was directed by DanTheMan.
In part numero uno of this interview, Jay Electronica goes in and speaks about the dues that he’s paid, his relationship status with Erykah Badu, J. Dilla’s beats, and why he’s been walking around with a whole staff gang. If you’d like to see part deux of the interview, be sure to check out the jump-off. Holla @ J. Electronica.
Well, above is part 2, where Jay Electronica talks about what he’s got cookin’ for the rest of 2008, what he’s planned for 2009, hipster rappers, and “the american eagle” on his staff. Jay is definitely a quality artist that sounds different than most of this sugar-coated and watered down rap. Peep the damn thang.
It’s been a minute since I’ve heard any Curren$y. Dude has been grindin with the mixtape scene and gets a lot of respect from reviewers. I think dude is deese, and can improve his game. I like hearing an artist like Cory Gunz more, but both are up-n-comers. So, if yurr a Curren$y fan, be sure to peep his latest joint “Air Assault” featuring FS Jets.
