Here is the latest from the Legendary New York hip-hop artist C.L. Smooth. The first track is called “For The Hurtin’” and features Gage. The second joint is called “Dripped In Champagne.” It’s always cool to hear some new C.L. Smooth… Dude is a moniker for REAL hip-hop music in the NYC. Dude will always be a solid artist, so have a listen below!
Here is a new little jam by the Decatur artist I-20 straight outta Luda’s DTP camp. The track is called “Pimpin” and is actually much better than I initially expected – it features the likes of Ludacris and Rsonist (Heatmakerz). I-20 has potential to make solid tracks… So, hopefully, dude will stay grinding and recruit some solid beats. This beat is fairly laid back and chill. I’m definitely feelin the song, so do yourself a favor and take a listen below!
Here’s some new ish by Rain – straight from his upcoming mixtape entitled “American Dreamin.” He’s a cool up-n-coming artist who is grindin. He already went in with his rendition of Weezy’s “I’m Me,” and now he hooked up with the dude Breez who is featured in the song – and is the creator of the instrumental. Checkkout Rain’s new track below, give it a LISTEN playas!
I could’ve sworn I posted this badboy, but it’s whatever… Here is some new Rain off of his upcoming mixtape entitled “American Dreamin”… He goes in over Weezy’s “I’m Me” instrumental. Dude definitely does his thang and has a unique flow and swag. Peep the above vid and see whatchya thank of Rain.
Here is a new joint by the Black Wallstreet (The Game’s camp) artist Ya Boy. Dude has been grindin hardcore lately and dropped a new joint called “Recession” which will appear on his upcoming mixtape. In a recent interview, The Game claimed that everyone from B.W.S. was grindin’ – Clyde Carson, Juice, and Ya Boy. Either way, they are holdin’ it down for the West Coast. More info. about dude can be found at his site!
Here’s an apple AC ad starring himself [the rapper AC...] who uses a self-created commercial to promote himself and his career… I’m a fan of Apple computers and I think AC does a great job with this commercial. He goes in over the original, Yael Naim‘s “New Soul” track… AC starts out by saying “Yo Phenom, what up, yo Glaze, what up. Yo these dudes is doing a lot of commercial tracks, but they ain’t doing tracks from commercials.” Haha.
He makes references to someone’s wallet being “thinner than the new Mac” and to the fact that he’s “as smart as the Geek Squad.” At the end of the commercial, it says that “this vid was created with a PC.” Quality, cool vid. by AC. Some cool effects… UPDATE: This is not an actual commercial.
Here we have Jayceon Taylor b.k.a. The Game talking about Westside Connection rumors, the production on L.A.X., his status with Dr. Dre., the rappers from his Black Wallstreet clique, and more. He touches on his friendship with Busta Rhymes and Nas, as well. The Game is going hard with his promotion, so get ready to pick up L.A.X. when that badboy drops!
Above is just a little collection of Jay-Z visuals. Here is some interesting news for y’all about Jay-Z’s upcoming album “The Blueprint 3.”
Some general info. about “The Blueprint 3″ :
Kanye West will likely be producing the entire “The Blueprint 3″ album [what happened Timbo?].
Jay-Z will probably leak “Dope Boy Fresh” once he is done recording his 3rd verse.
